Is the beta really free?
Yes. There is no credit card step and no meter running quietly. Sign up, invite your team, and take real documents to signoff.
Will I be charged when the beta ends?
No. Billing is prepaid: credit prices publish first, and you decide if and when to top up. Nothing converts into a charge on its own.
What happens if we hit zero credits?
Your documents, records, and signoffs stay available, and your team keeps working. AI assistants pause until an admin tops up the workspace.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your workspace until you spend them.
Can I see what my team spends?
Workspace admins see the balance and every transaction in dollars. Members see a usage gauge or nothing: the admin decides.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your documents stay yours and are not used to train models.
